How much does shipping cost?
Standard UPS shipping on hat and boot orders is a flat $15.99; other items ship for $12.00. Both are free on orders over $150.00. Delivery takes 5–7 business days.
What is your return policy?
We don't offer cash refunds. If a hat hasn't been worn, we're happy to exchange it for another item of equal value.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page lists specific measurements (brim size, crown height, etc.) in the description. If you're between sizes, we recommend reaching out before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. Signed-in customers can also view order status any time from their account.
